They met in the back seat of a 1997 Toyota four runner at the start of a road trip to Hemlock. Judi was getting a ride with friends of friends - she knew no one in the car - but did know she was getting picked up at 11am and that it was a 2 hour drive and likely everyone would be hungry! She came prepared with deluxe baguette sandwiches from Finch's and home made Joodee Cookies. And so the scene was set for the 1st of many adventures.cut to 2013 and join them on their latest epic mission to drive to from Vancouver to Key West via Toronto in their VW golf "the blue gnu" they don't have much time or money but they hope to pack a whole lot of adventure into the journey.
