Alaska in Flip Flops - Day 12

Woke up at 6:15am decided to work on the blog as it was going to be a huge day and I likely would not get another chance;) Mary and I enjoy the last wee bit of crab in a yummy omelet.Then Mary lent me her car to go get some last minute supplies. Another gorgeous day!Then I went to Donna’s to get a quick shower and a wee bit of wifi so I could check in for my flight and hopefully post another blog page.Once everyone Makes it to the boat - We have Mary, Donna, Joe, Michael, Trevor, Madelynn and moi on board for the mission to Goddard Hot Springs.Lunch is more of the Original Halibut I caught as we found MORE in the fridge!! Mary made it into a delicious spread I had mine on romaine lettuce leaves :)Then a wee nap and some more boat maintenance and into the kayaks and into the springs!Then a kayak in the inner harbour.For dinner we had brown rice and King Salmon on a bed of sea asparagus with figs and cashews - it really never gets old - it’s so YUM!Then back to Sitka to get ready for early flight back to Seattle tomorrow AM - another fun full Alaska day in Flip Flops!Last night on the boat - will miss Alaska it’s a special place for sure. What an incredible fun and full adventure - can’t wait to come back again for more :D
