Day 17 - Beach day near Pentwater

We woke up early and hit the road again. A few hours later google maps got us close and quality directions led us through the forest to our destination. And what a destination it was. Julie’s family has a fantastic cottage right on Lake Michigan. We were welcomed with open arms which was so great. We spent most of the day at the beach.Melanie is an awesome photographer - these are her shots :)Later on we got a tour of the a neighbour’s place, had an outdoor shower followed by yummy food and beverages and a picturesque sunset.We had a solid sleep in the gnu and woke up refreshed and prepared for a long day of driving.
