Sol Duc July 2013 day five

Woke up super early as we had a rough night sleep at Rugged Point as the wind changed direction right after we went to sleep and slapped the boat all night - I kept wondering why whales were hitting the boat all night long. We departed in ideal conditions and headed straight up to the Brooks Peninsula. We stopped near shed one and kayaked to the beach for a walk over to Battle Creek.Near here Cotty lost his iPhone to the sea :(After checking out Columbia Cove we decided to head to the Bunsby's instead and we found a nice quiet spot in Scow Bay - it was so nice we went for an evening paddle while Cotty did the dishes.We found a bunch of acrobatic sea stars that were pretty funny.
