Sol Duc July 2013 day four

Early morning departure and a smooth ride all the way to Rugged Point worrying about fuel as it turns out there was none at Kyuquot - we did however enjoy talking with the locals and had a wee hit of wifi courtesy of Eric at the Java the Hutt coffee shop. We were happy to be the first to use the brand new diesel pump at Fair Harbour which is a bit of an eye sore hence no pics - it's simply a parking lot and a fuel dock. Once we made it to Rugged Point we made a picnic dinner and did a short hike over to a cute little beach were Cotty provide some entertainment doing a beach workout and then diving quickly into the surf to rinse off all the sand.mini solo kayak adventureOyster catcherDeer tracksBear tracks
