Santorini
Santorini is a very picturesque island. The views from high are spectacular and the architecture is splendid - particularly at the northern end. Oia has great shopping as does Thira. Most of the restaurants are located in Thira and have great views. That being said, Santorini is likely best as a day trip. Two days one night if you take a tour around the island on one of the many catamaran sailboats for hire. The cost of accomodation is generally high and there is a shortage of big beautiful sandy beaches.

This beach was fun because you could boulder (climb across) the wall and then swim inside a cave.
The last beach we visited was mostly lava rock hence the name Red Beach.
