Ready, Set, Go :)

After a quick mini setup of the Gnu, we were beyond grateful to be rescued by friends in The Hague—just in time, as jet lag had hit us hard, and we were absolutely exhausted! It was a joy to reunite with an old friend and even better to meet a new one. Their warmth and hospitality were a gift, and after a wonderful evening, we finally got the deep, much-needed sleep our bodies craved.

A big driving day for us as we made our way through three countries in one go! We had a quick but enchanting drive through Bruges, and it left us wanting more—its charm is simply irresistible. And of course, we captured the very first action shot of the Gnu in Bruges! 😃 Wheee! Just look at that stunning weather—it couldn’t have been a more perfect day for an adventure.

We made a stop at an incredible grocery store to stock up on some essentials before continuing our drive to Paris. There, we were welcomed with open arms by our wonderful friends, who hosted us for the weekend. Not only did we get to enjoy their company, but they also gave us the perfect space to expertly ‘Tetris’ our car setup into place—finally achieving some much-needed organization!

We got to spend some time wandering around the gardens at Versailles on the most gorgeous weather day!

Reminded us of Franklin.

We had the delightful opportunity to be in Chatou during the weekend of a massive antique market! The experience was absolutely enchanting, filled with the joy of exploring countless stalls under the open sky. We indulged in a delicious lunch amidst the bustling atmosphere, surrounded by an array of intriguing finds. While the Blue Gnu was already packed to the brim, leaving us no room for souvenirs, we savored the moment with our eyes and cameras, capturing memories of the unique treasures that caught our fancy.
